Nathan Moore

Nathan's practice areas include civil and criminal litigation and small business law. Due to his and his family's entrepreneurial backgrounds, he has begun a specialization in the Firm of assisting small businesses with legal issues, business plans and start-up financing. 

Nathan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law, Arlington, Virginia in 2002, where he worked as a research assistant and law clerk for select members of the faculty. He is certified to practice law in Tennessee state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association, and at various times in the past a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Commercial Law League of America, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
